Your Investment Empowers Youth to Become

LEADERS & GLOBAL CITIZENS

Over the past six years, we have been able to prepare youth locally and internationally to become influential leaders and global citizens. Through the generous financial support of people like you, many of our youth are doing their part to make a difference in their community. However, there are more youth who can benefit from our programs. We are committed to do more and invest more to eliminate barriers and create opportunities for the next generation.

The inspiration for Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence our from our Founder, Rose Varner-Gaskins’ desire to further enhance students’ opportunities for success. While serving as the Director of Multicultural Student Affairs at Johns Hopkins University, Mrs. Varner Gaskins met with several colleagues and student leaders to discuss strategies for better preparing high school students for the academic, social, and cultural challenges of college life and the workplace. It was through a series of campus events and community research that the vision was born and has grown to be local grassroots organization with an international reach.

We believe all students have uncharted potential and it is our goal to partner with our them and teach them how to chart their own course to success through Leadership Development, Social-Emotional Learning, Community Service, and Global Citizenship initiatives.

Your support is greatly appreciated and will help us achieve our mission...
