PROGRAM EVALUATION

The evaluation process is an integral and integrated part of Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence, Inc. The organization collaborates with school administrators to collect student outcome data to show how the program is having a positive effect on participants. The organization also works closely with funding partners to adhere to all reporting requirements. Each program component (Mentoring & Leadership, Social Development, Cultural Competency, and Educational Enrichment) is intentionally designed to achieve clearly defined and measurable goals. The organization utilizes program data to conduct continuous improvement and outcome evaluations, using strong research-based designs, to determine the level of achievement of program goals and objectives and to determine overall program effectiveness.
